PROGRAMS
True Grit Fit offers 3 main programs to meet your personal fitness needs: Bootcamp, Kick Start Program, and Personal Training.
BOOTCAMP
These groups will work together as they move through a 45-60 minute workout divided into 4-5 stations. as they move through various stations designed to focus on 3 major areas: strength, core, and cardiovascular.
The workouts are designed so each individual can move at their own pace as we are a NON-competitive environment. Each station also has modifications available for instances where a member may not be able to perform an exercise for various reasons.
Our Workouts are suitable for any fitness levels and can quickly be adjusted to accommodate any members personal needs.
KICK START PROGRAM (KSP)
Kick Start Program (KSP) is a personalized training program for groups of 1-4 individuals. KSP is great because it combines the benefits of Bootcamp with that of personal training. Members of the KSP engage in a fun environment where they help keep each other motivated and held accountable.
The following is included in the Kick Start Program:
- 1 on 1 Consultation
- Body Composition Evaluation
- Personalized Nutrition Plan Recommendation
- 2-3 Small Group Personalized Training Sessions per Week
- Daily Workouts Designed for Strength Training and Metabolic Boost
- UNLIMITED Access to Bootcamp Classes

PREMIER PERSONAL TRAINING
Premier Personal Training is the opportunity for a member to gain one-on-one training with some of the best trainers in Tampa Bay. Your Personal Trainer implements workouts designed specifically for you to meet your fitness and health goals as expeditiously and healthy as achievable. Premier membership affords you the following amenities as well:
- Initial Consultation
- Body Composition Evaluation

“GIRLY BITZ” CLASS
This is not your average Ladies Exercise Class!
We’ve included some important factors that most Women’s Fitness Classes are lacking these days:
-Targeting specific areas that Women have trouble with. (Glutes, Inner/Outer Thighs, Core, etc)
-Team Building: When you come to TGF, you leave feeling like a member to a fun family!
-Agility to build endurance.
-Work at your pace! You will definitely be challenged and encouraged, but are able to take a water break at any time during the session. You are also welcome to request modification to exercises.
