Bootcamp consists of five or more members partnered up in groups of 2 to 4 individuals. These groups will work together as they move through a 45-60 minute workout divided into 3-6 stations. These workouts are designed to focus on 3 major areas: strength, core, and cardiovascular.
Bootcamp members are in a group, the workouts are designed so each individual can move at their own pace as we are a NON-competitive environment. Each station also has modifications available for instances where a member may not be able to perform an exercise for various reasons.
